Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order by us, but allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of ordered items depending on the shipping method chosen. Surface mail will take several days to weeks; airmail & priority mail will reach you a lot faster and Express delivery by FedEx or UPS will almost guarantee delivery of the ordered items within 24 - 48 hours.
We ship all orders in unmarked sturdy envelopes or packages.
We have Express delivery available for either Europe or the USA. Please check by e-mail or phone to either of our offices for information and prices.
Return Policy: Defective videos or DVDs may be returned for replacement of the same title only. Credit applies only to purchased goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
